I only have a product, no box design.
That's the normal starting point. The structure work — shape, size, protection — is our side of the table. Bring dimensions and the product; the box gets designed around it.
Another factory said it can't be done.
Sometimes they're right — and we'll say so, with the reason. More often it means "can't be done on our standard structures". Difficult is our standard structure.
What does the sample cost?
It depends on the structure's complexity, quoted before we start — and for larger production orders the sample fee can be credited. The exact terms land in your quotation, in writing.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order is 500 pieces per structure and size. Different printed-artwork versions can be combined when the structure and dimensions are the same. List the quantities for each version in the quotation brief.
How long do sampling and production take?
Sampling takes approximately 7 working days after specifications and artwork confirmation. Production takes approximately 25 working days after deposit and sample, materials and artwork approval. Shipping transit time is additional; the written order confirms the schedule.
